1. About the Service

PantDela is operated by Svenochelly AB (org.nr 559572-4468), Västanågatan 26a lgh 1202, 582 35 Linköping, Sweden. PantDela is a free platform that connects people who want to give away their deposit bottles with people who collect them. We only provide the platform – we do not handle the deposit items or transactions.

2. Use of the Service

By using PantDela, you agree to:

  • Only post listings for deposit items you actually want to give away
  • Provide correct phone number and approximate location
  • Not use the service for spam, fraud or illegal activities
  • Be respectful in contact with other users
  • Remove your listing when the deposit is collected

3. Listings

  • Listings are automatically removed after 48 hours
  • You can remove your listing manually via the deletion link
  • We reserve the right to remove listings that violate the terms
  • Location on the map is approximate for your privacy

4. Limitation of Liability

PantDela:

  • Is not responsible for interactions between users
  • Does not guarantee that deposit items will actually be collected or delivered
  • Is not responsible for any damages related to pickup
  • Provides the service "as is" without warranties

Safety tip: Feel free to leave the deposit outside (e.g. by the door) if you prefer not to meet the collector in person.

5. Personal Data

We process your personal data according to our privacy policy. By using the service, you agree to this processing.

6. Age Limit

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use the service.

7. Abuse

In case of abuse of the service (spam, fake listings, harassment), we reserve the right to block phone numbers and IP addresses.

8. Changes

We may change these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms. The latest version is always available on this page.

9. Applicable Law

Swedish law applies to these terms. Disputes shall be settled in Swedish courts.
