Svenochelly AB ("we", "us", "our") is the data controller for the processing of your personal data. We comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Swedish data protection legislation.
2. What data do we collect?
We only collect data that is necessary for the service:
- Phone number – So collectors can contact you
- Approximate location – To show where the deposit is (you choose the location on the map)
- Description of deposit – Information about amount and type of deposit
3. How do we use the data?
We use your data only to:
- Show your deposit listing on the map for collectors
- Enable contact between you and collectors via SMS
- Remove listings at your request
4. Legal basis for processing
We process your personal data based on legitimate interest (Article 6.1.f GDPR) to provide the service. You actively provide your data when you create a listing.
5. How long do we keep data?
Listings and associated data are automatically deleted after 48 hours. You can also delete your listing manually at any time via the link you receive when creating the listing.
6. Your rights
Under GDPR, you have the following rights:
- Right to erasure – Delete your listing via the deletion link
- Right of access – Request what data we have about you
- Right to rectification – Correct inaccurate data
- Right to data portability – Receive your data in a machine-readable format
- Right to complain – File a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY)
7. Cookies
We use only necessary technical cookies for the website to function. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.
8. Security
We protect your data with:
- HTTPS encryption for all data traffic
- Secure database storage
- Automatic deletion of old listings
